Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix ground beef, egg, onion, milk, and bread crumbs.
  2. Mix in salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Pack meatloaf mixture into a greased 5x9 inch loaf pan.
  4. In a small bowl, mix ketchup and brown sugar to make glaze.
  5. Spread glaze over meatloaf.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
