Ingredients

1CupCooking WineWhite

Instructions

  1. The day before serving the appetizer, begin preparation by chopping garlic into small pieces.
  2. Place shrimp in bowl and add salt, pepper, lemon juice, and some garlic. Mix well and refrigerate overnight.
  3. When ready to cook the next day, add paprika to shrimp and mix well.
  4. In a frying pan, add olive oil, butter, and remaining garlic. Then add shrimp.
  5. Cook until shrimp begins to turn color. They will become hard if overcooked.
  6. Once shrimp are all cooked, remove them from the frying pan. Add wine to the frying pan and let it boil for a few minutes.
  7. Pour wine over shrimp and serve.
