Ingredients

1/3CupVegetable Oil
8OuncesCream CheeseSoftened
1/3CupSugar
1TeaspoonLemon Juice

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix cake mix, egg, and oil until all crumbs are moist.
  3. Reserve 1 cup crumb mixture and press remaining into bottom of ungreased 13x19 inch pan.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes until light golden brown.
  5. Meanwhile, beat remaining egg, cream cheese, sugar and lemon juic until smooth and well blended.
  6. Pour over cake mixture in pan.
  7. Bake for 15 minutes until cream cheese layer is just set.
  8. After cooled, cut into squares.
