Instructions

  1. Using a microwave safe bowl, melt candy coating and 4 teaspoons of shortening. Stir until smooth.
  2. Stir in food coloring.
  3. Pour evenly into miniature muffin cup liners.
  4. Crumble up Mint Oreo Cookies and sprinkle cookie crumbs into muffin cups.
  5. Using a second microwave safe bowl, melt Andes mint candies and remaining shortening. Stir until smooth.
  6. Pour over cookie crumbs.
  7. Let stand until set.
