1ContainerRicotta Cheese16 ounces
1PackageFrozen Spinach10 ounces, Chopped & Thawed
1PackageShredded Italian Cheese Blend10 ounces
1PoundGround BeefCooked & Drained
1JarPasta SauceAbout 26 ounces
1JarAlfredo Sauce16 ounces


  1. Cook lasagna according to package directions and drain.
  2. Cook ground beef and drain.
  3. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
  4. In large bowl, combine ricotta cheese, spinach, Italian cheese and eggs; mix well.
  5. In a 15x9-inch baking dish, spread 1 cup pasta sauce then layer 4 lasagna noodles over sauce.
  6. Top with half cheese mixture, 1 cup pasta sauce and all the ground beef.
  7. Layer 4 more lasagna noodles, remaining cheese mixture and remaining pasta sauce.
  8. Top with remaining lasagna noodles and top with alfredo sauce.
  9. Cover with aluminum foil and bake 40 minutes. Uncover, broil for an additional 15 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
