Instructions

  1. Cook pasta al dente according to package directions and drain.
  2. Heat oil over medium heat in a large skillet.
  3. Add kale to oil, salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Cook kale 3-4 minutes, until the kale starts to get a bit crisp
  5. Add the garlic, stir and cook another minute.
  6. Combine kale with pasta, add lemon juice, and parmesan cheese, and serve.
