2CansTuna Drain out the water. Don't like Tuna? Use Grilled Chicken.
1StalkCeleryCut very fine
4CupsMixed Lettuce
6StrawberriesCut into small slices.
3CupsSweet PeppersSlice into small strips.
1OrangeRemove skin and cut into pieces.


  1. In a bowl, mix the tuna, mayonnaise, and celery.
  2. On a large plate, lay down lettuce. Then add fruit and vegetable toppings. Finish with tuna.
  3. For dressing, try a Raspberry Vinaigrette or Honey Lime.
