2Egg Yolks
2TeaspoonsOrange Extract
2PackagesDoughFrozen sheets


  1. Remove the dough sheets from their packages and let them sit at room temperature until they are no longer frozen.
  2. The dough comes as 2 sheets per package. Cut each sheet the long way creating 3 long pieces. Then cut each long piece into 3 squares. This should result in 9 squares per sheet.
  3. Combine the eggs, egg yolks, sugar, orange extract and coconut and mix well.
  4. Place the dough squares into 3 non stick muffin pans.
  5. Scoop a teaspoon of the mixture and place it in each dough square filling them evenly. If you have any mixture left over, continue to add to each dough square evenly until you run out.
  6. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place the muffin pans in the oven and bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Check them frequently as they can burn easily. You're looking for a nice golden brown color.
  7. Once they are finished baking, remove them from the oven and place them on paper towels to soak up any excess oils. Enjoy!
