2CupsFrozen Mixed Vegetables
1/2CupBeef Broth


  1. Peel and chop potatoes, then boil in water till tender. About 20 minutes.
  2. Brown the ground beef with the onion in a skillet, then drain.
  3. Add beef broth and frozen vegetables to ground beef.
  4. Cook on low for 10 minutes
  5. When potatoes are tender, drain, return to pan and mash with butter and milk.
  6. In a casserole dish, add ground beef and vegetables. Then top with mashed potatoes.
  7. Top with paprika if desired.
  8. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
